TO THOSE WHO WANT TO PLAY: the way you get past the screen that asks for storage on your computer if you can't click "allow" is to hit tab until allow is highlighted.
Anyways, still a great game to this day. Love bloons!

this costs money on steam while on Newgrounds it's free
I love the game. The maps are cool, the monkeys and their upgrades are awesome (especially the Temple of the Monkey God), and I like the special agents. I just wish there was a way to log in to my Ninjakiwi account in the new Newgrounds Player.
