Really like your take on humor on this! I do this sometimes to make people loosen up so then I can get em real hard when they are relaxed. I do have to agree that tails can be annoying at times.

Just wanted to say this is friggin hilarious! Sonic needed only a few more rings, tails hurts Sonic accidentally in a form that seems oh so possible. The flinch and punch thing, great. The voice acting and animation, both excellent.
