I think that even though you aren't to clear on what you should do with your scenaries, it works. The sillouettes are nice, and it makes sense that that is all you can see of them. The viewer is obviously is on the wrong side of the hill during a sunset. I only say sunset because the sun is on the right(west) side of the picture. Not to mention the shades of red and orange that you only see during a sunset.

This looks really nice. I love the colors and the clouds in the background look amazing. I really like the overall feel of the piece and I see few problems with it.
The colors you chose were probably my favorite part of this piece. The silhouettes look great against the orange sunset and the way the grass is flying up looks very nice. The people seem well proportioned and I like the way their hair looks in the wind. I have not seen any of your art before, but I am very glad I did now.
I really love the overall theme of this drawing too. I am not sure if you intended a deeper meaning to the painting, but it tells a story to me at least. The person on the right seems ready to give up on whatever it is he is doing while the other person is helping him along. They look silent and alone and it seems like they understand each other without speaking. It seems like they are going on a huge journey and they will have to struggle to complete it. It gives you hope and makes you feel like if things get too hard you will always have help from your friends. I am not sure if you even meant for anyone to think this hard about it, but whatever I like it when drawings are like this.
There are few problems with this piece and they are not very large problems. I do not really like the smoke in the bottom left of the screen. It would probably look better if you had it darker and more transparent like it is on the right. Your signature is a little large and it would be nice if you had maybe shrunk it down a little more.
Overall this is a great drawing. It only has a few problems and the sunset in the background is beautiful. I am really exited to see what else you are capable of making. Keep drawing, you are great at it.
