Nonetheless, a great game, plenty of upgrades and it's a good time killer.
A quite fun game. It wasn't the best game I've ever played, but it kept my interest until the end, which is more than many flash games can say.
Pretty good game, I don´t really like distance games, but this one was unique enough to keep me playing. The part that I liked the most was when your arrow is falling and you hit the poor pirate, I feels very rewarding, for some reason. But there is something I did not like, is that I found my self mindlessly upgrading my stuff, maybe it was just me, but I would love to have some estrategy into the upgrading process. Maybe in your next game, keep going.

For me I found the best strategy was to upgrade the arrow tip (greater soul yield) and the ability to "sense" more souls. It got me so I can go through the game relatively quickly. (around 25-30 minutes).
The only downside is that it takes the game a little longer to speed up sense your investing everything into those upgrades.
Slow to start, and i didn't feel like the game explained all it's elements to me (eg the seaguls - did they offer souls, or are they an obstacle?). However i liked the premise, it gave me a sense of purpose unique from other games of this genre, and the game worked well enough for me to enjoy playing it. I look forward to seeing an improved sequel!
