Yep... that was pretty much it. Asuka was useless, except in the newer version, but the older version blah, I didn't care much for her or for anyone really. The only great character in that whole series was the penguin Pen-Pen. I give this 5 stars just because this was spot on. Shinji the cry baby who whines for pity and attention... he is emo before emo became popular.

ive seen the movie and when i watched this it got everything right except that one part.but it wouldve been better if that happened.
