Reviews for "Spike: A Love Story Too"

I really, really, REALLY wish you would actually explain some things. I have no clue when the Employment game actually ends or is supposed to end. I keep playing it and getting to the same spot with more and more Job Security percentage, but it still keeps "firing" me right after that point. I have no clue if it's supposed to just end there abruptly, or if that's because of the job security, or if there's a reason for the job security. It doesn't tell you if you have too little and that's why it ended, you have no idea what it is supposed to be to keep going, and you have NO clue how job security is even ranked. I played one match where I got everything, got almost every coin, and got a huge score, and my job security went down from 100% to 45%. Another match I missed 4 of them and it went up. What the hell?! Can you actually explain your game?

Man this whole thing is frustrating. Scoring us on not hitting them, then hitting them after. It's such shit. Same with the coins, it becomes impossible to get coins or powerups 1/4 of the time because they're in the patch of another wrong smash or by getting them you can't hit the next guy. You get ranked on those two annoying things, but you could be stupidly unlucky and have them in the wrong place at the wrong time, making it impossible to get them. And if you cant' get them, your security score goes down, and I assume having too low ends the same. But I have to just assume because you don't explain shit and I have no idea if that's even real. Does the game end after the first expert pro gamer smashing level, or do I just keep getting screwed from job security? I had over 50% on that level a bunch of times and it keeps ending. God damnit, I wish the game actually explained it's limits and goals. It conveys so poorly.

compared to the first game this is way too easy

worse then the first

The graphics are satisfactory though but are a bit sharp to the eyes. and the concept of the game is a rather good one.

It's quite repetitive and is basically a game of timing. A bit more fit for the arcade rather than the PC, don't you think? The graphics are satisfactory though and the concept of the game is a rather good one. One thing that greatly concerns me is the intial learning curve for very noob players. Instead of a button with the word "Play" or "Start", you made a button with the word "Employment". WTF?

Anyway 2 stars for now. I believe this can still be improved.

first better
but still a good game
