With the orientation of her shoulders the amount her head is turned doesn't look like it'd cause a broken neck. They also forgot to take into account it appears to be a cat girl and cats spines thus their bodies are more flexible than ours.

Nice voice acting except for the last "shocked" voice, quite underwhelming, maybe because of the odd pause in-between.
