Awesome game,the only thing left to do is find the secret shop everything else is done. I've been trying for 2 days now help?

Its a very good game. BUT. everytime i go in the cave it starts freezing and the world disapears.
I have watch the walk-through. My game can't proceed after stepping on the platform outside the game. Please help.

talk to the kid near the guys house then give him candy he'll do a favor for u he'll piss on the guy's house distracting him go in his and get the book on the endtable then talk to the guy again
