I know you said that this is the Dog's opinion, but gosh darnit I'm gonna say it anyway, the Looney Tunes Show is awesome. Just because the plots arent all "dynamite goes boom" doesn't mean it's bad. Sure I absolutely love the Classics, but honestly this is a great change of pace for the toons, I mean hey, they could be getting the Mickey Mouse treatment right now, what with the whole Mickey Mouse Clubhouse crap. In terms of the actual Flash, it was okay. Nothing too exciting or funny really happened/was said. Don't rush to put these episodes out bro, take your time, craft them and make sure they're actually funny.
