Cool as hell, although I don't think you can really beat a boss level enemy with a sucker punch.
Look dude i bet you get this ALOT but you and alvin earthworm should get together and just bring back Super Mario Bros Z cause with that kinfd of clarity especially in sprites you two should make a good pair 100/100 hands down!!
not bad, though could use better timing on the attacks. some parts tend to drag. it's nice to see it's SMBZ inspired. a recomendation for future sprite fights, make attack scenes faster and have some quick change ups. here it's sort of just one punch, pause, next punch, pause. though some scenes have modest timing.

This was truly a sprite-based orgasm. I am amazed at your skill, and the obvious amount of time that you put into this video. The references, the sprites used, the sound effects, all of it was well thought out and executed, and I am amazed that you put this up with the recent sprite-hating.
