I frickin hate nazeem but if u install a mod that makes your shouts stronger you can actually do that (i did it to the greybeards XD)

I've had nazeem sneak up behind behind me and start talking about the cloud district several times. an interesting fact about him too: nazeem is (supposedly) rich because he owns chillfurrow farm, and yet the closest thing he has to a home is a small bedroom in the drunken huntsman
After I saw this I fus ro da Nazeem and accidentaly meant to kill him and used my thane power to call off 1000 bounty. I was so happy. He walked up to behind and started speaking so I flipped out and shot him from the stairs almost to the gates.
Would someone explain why everyone hates Nazeem?
Never played Skyrim but in almost every parody I watch someone either kills Nazeem or fires him to the "Cloud District"
