Hm, well. The backgrounds and 3d work is very nice and has a good effect. I'd suggest finding a voice actor because your voice that is used just sounds like a guy behind a computer with a headset and that generally doesn't make for good voice acting.
I mean, you can't do it all right? So make use of some of the talent here at newgrounds, check out the audio section for voice demo reels and get working with someone. That's my advice.
The art, (the 2d character animation) your bodies aren't so bad and I don't want to discourage you because it is by practicing that you'll get better, but the faces are, I'd suggest you study how to draw cartoons. I don't mean that to sound harsh. Study how features wrap around forms, etc, particularly work on your faces. Even in anime where the rules are slightly broken, they still generally follow the rules of cartooning and good drawing.
Keep it up for practice, but pretend this was professional I would have someone else animate the character while you did the 3d which you obviously are most talented at at this particular time.
However since it's just a hobby etc. I instead encourage you to keep drawing the characters, but practice your 2d big time, especially the faces, your bodies aren't so bad. Practice wrapping the eyes, the proportions of the eyes to head, etc. using perspective when placing the facial features.
God Bless you, and keep going!
