Pretty funny but a little too vulgar for my taste.
There's nothing much of a hangover... The first part where pokemon drink and get on drugs is quite ok, but it's poor for a parody about a hangover. Puke and shit aren't funny, specially if it's only this you try to get people to lough. I like the music and the animation, everything else is nothing much. Add something more for the hangover part, make something happen! (I'm not telling you how to do your work, i'm just trying to give you some tipps ;) )
