Reviews for "Sun Hop"

This is lots of fun to play!

The gameplay kind of reminds me of Super Mario Galaxy. It isn't the most innovating but fairly different from most other puzzle games. There is a steady progression of level difficulty. I found it very addicting and had a very fun time playing this for about twenty minutes.

The graphics are very smooth and suit the game. The animation is done very nicely. Some finer detail could have been paid to the backgrounds but other than that, I have no complaints.

The music is fitting but very repetitive. The sound effects are suiting as well.

Good work!

Really sweet game.

It doesn't really come into it's own until the difficulty ramps up quite a bit, But when it does it becomes very enjoyable and yet not in the least bit frustrating

contributed to by the charming music

I also really liked the graphics but felt that it wouldn't hurt at all to have just a slightly deeper level of detail which would make the chilled out atmosphere that little bit more emersive.

Great job

That was quite and intriguing physics based game! It was challenging yet fun and it tests your skill and patience. Audio was quite nice, especially accompanied by a nice little soundtrack to give you the feeling of relaxation. Although the tune does get repetitious after awhile. Style is very shaded and bright vivid colors. I really did enjoy this game friend! I'm going to bestow you a 2 in a half out of 5. And a 3/5 in voting power. I hope you've enjoyed this review friend. Good day.

The relatively easy-going pace and "easy to learn, hard to master" gameplay combine for what could be an addicting hit many people will return to time and time again.

I was somewhat frustrated at first because I didn't understand how the physics worked. However, I am glad there isn't a lengthy tutorial level, because those always piss me off. Maybe there should have been one, but with an option to skip it at any time.
Also, like the "gummy" feel of the player character and the way I can take my time and really...uh...TIME my moves. Most frustration part is having to start the entire level over because you missed a jump, and some levels can prove time-consuming.

out of 10...

gfx - 8.5 (workable, charming, and clean)
sfx - N/A (i have no soundcard)
design - 9 (straightforward, simple ideas)
gameplay - 9.5 (unique physics, easy on processors)

overall, this is a great gem with much value. Surely this will make front-page by tomorrow or the next day, I think.

This is a nice, challenging puzzle game, and I really like the simple interface you used for it.
Keep up the excellent work!
