This game is just one big insult to gamers everywhere,thinking this is intense cw?SERIOUSLY?
Reviews for "Arrow"
1.) Wouldn't load in Chrom. The eff? Open it in IE9 *cringe*
2.) No sound. The eff?
3.) Horrible animation. Agreeing with everyone. Bow doesn't move, and it seems like the arrows are fixed animations based on where you are supposed to click, and will just jutt in that direction and land somewhere near your cursor.
Is this it, Newgrounds? Are you really going to whore yourself out to sh#t like The CW for whatever surely short lived show this is going to be?
This game was absolutely terrible..
The mechanics for the arrows worked terribly. Not only did the bow not even move, half the time the arrow was off center from where you clicked. There was absolutely no sound, which was completely boring. And finally, at the end, shooting TENNIS BALLS saves the land or whatever? You helped... by shooting tennis balls and targets? Or did he just go on the adventure that we weren't allowed to experience? Either way, the ending is shit. So over all, this game was horrible, should have been blammed, and needs to be VERY SOON. This is one of the reasons why not too many people respect Newgrounds, because there's crap like this on here.
Others have said it and I'll repeat it: this project needs to be finished- that, or scrapped. I'd be more than willing to play a fully fleshed-out game, especially one with proper bow mechanics (it's such an interesting feature when implemented correctly); however, with no disrespect meant towards the person or persons who put this together, the project as it stands cannot be called complete by any stretch.
