One of the best horror games on NG. 5/5. This is one of the horror games I really enjoy that doesn't require jumpscares to be scary. A creepy and scary atmosphere with spooky sound and pixelated visuals. The visuals are an example that a game does NOT need to be HD to be good.
I've played all 3 games and it's great to revisit its roots. I love all your games!

I am a fan for mystery and horror games, and this game, is probably one of the best point and click horror game for flash version that I ever play.
The atmosphere is creepy, the puzzle and the messages is good, its even really more than good. The music, story, and everything is good. Its not a jump-scare based game, but its manage to make me feel scared, which is a good thing.
This game is very well made and I can't wait to play the next one! Keep make such awesome game!
Oh, and I love the ending. Not every horror game can dish out a good ending like that. Definitely my type of ending :)
So I just finished the most recent installment and came back to replay this.
I can see that you took criticism well and made several improvements. Not knowing you could go in a particular direction, for instance, or objects being easily overlooked.
It had a great commitment to a theme, and did well to envision the whole series in its references (such as the rocking horse). It still managed to invoke a proper sense of tension and dread, even on a repeat playthrough (all the moreso once I encountered the first shadow, knowing more of what it meant).
This series was great. Oh for those of you who don't know the last game for this series is on armorgames. Check it out.
