I'm not sure about your goal. Why not a game about Friedrich Entress? He was the #1 of evil Nazi doctor.
Not a word about the other evil Mengele archivments (unmedicated ill prisoners, kill 600 woman to stop a epidemic and cleaning the rooms - Hippocratic Oath anyone?, ...)
And i'm not sure, but the water tests where in 1944 - at this time where Mengele in Theresienstadt and observe the killing of ~4000 family's. And later in 1944 he observed the killing of ~ 22k Roma and Sinti.
And finally: Warum sprechen die Leute nicht deutsch?

alright idea but insanely short and way too easy. seems more like a 5 minute history project than a game.
