Okay, the art aside, I think this is the best movie we've seen so far for submission. I gave it a 5, but I think the video would have done better if the story had had more to do with Halloween. I think when people enter this contest they make the mistake of not doing a little extra homework for content having to do with Halloween. There's lots of bad things that have happened on Halloween: It's statistically a night that's famous for hit & runs for starters. And the 'poisoned candy' plot was used once as a real red herring once where a father poisoned his kid to collect the insurance money. You could try parodying, or even re-enacting any of the aforementioned stuff, but I think with the level of art you're using, that the story and music need to compensate. Also, one (or five) extra voice actors wouldn't hurt either.

I used to do that, but now that my brother knows I'm trying to animate and my parents don't understand too much English and my grandparents understand no English, I can talk freely and loudly without embarrassing myself.
No one cares about your AP class. The voice acting wasn't too good, either.
