I went NG+ but I'm stuck. Is that what you want? The zombies are all on Max and the other bonuses are all on Max.
It seems that at some point you have to bomb the levels with grenades... and in my opinion that misses the point of the game.

It started slow at first and then soon you're overpowering the entire country.
Then you realized that this is how left4dead started and start to feel bad for the survivor
