Awesome game and dear god, keep adding new things. This could be a lot of fun for more then just one person online play~! Hell, mutiplayer would be rad. Do keep it up!!
Proc is NOT over-powered at all. I've played several rounds to test it. For the first few floors he may have been, which I enjoyed, and then as the enemies got harder I found myself not being able to level up fast enough to keep up. I was struggling. I like the game as it is but if you let these complaints get to you and decide to modify the difficulty, I highly suggest adding different difficulties instead of just changing the pace at which Proc levels up ( This can wreck the fun of the entire game! ) so yes, I suggest just adding different difficulties like easy and hard IF you are not pleased with the leveling up pace. Also, it would be nice to know the cause that you are fighting for, or what is your goal. But in my opinion it's better to aimlessly fight and wander than to have a plot that seems stupid or silly. Anyway, it's a great game. It's like a cross between Binding of Isaac and Seedling. Also I really love how the elements can combine and change.
