i could watch this all day and laugh 60% of the time, all the time

I found this highly entertaining. I don't understand the haters.
A few points:
1) Artwork does not NEED to have an inherent point. art is not an argumentative essay. "pointless" art is OKAY.
2) The length of an animation is irrelevant. An animation should be exactly as long or short as the artist wants it to be. To leave a poor review because you as a viewer think something is "too short" suggests that you are the center of the universe and that artists art here to entertain you. You're wrong.
3) If you don't think scooby's relentless unintelligible banter during the real show was worthy of ridicule, then you clearly haven't watched enough scooby doo, or you are young enough to have grown up watching the episodes with scrappy. Scrappy replaced scooby as the most annoying character. But for those of us that are old enough, this is hilarious.
4) Fingers in butts is funny.
