Reviews for "Nuclear Plant"

It's a decent game, the atmosphere and controls are well done, but there are a few flaws.

The scenery is very flat, so gameplay consists of mostly running left and right shooting at enemies, which aren't very varied. The difficulty could be improved, also, as it gets a little easy toward the end, especially as you can top up your health in the pause screen anytime.

More terrain, more enemies, and different objectives other than 'clear the screen then go stand by the lab or plant between waves'.

But it's still not a bad game, and it's satisfying to play.

"Man, this is easy, I'm going to get this tree done in no time, I don't even need to upgrade my character all the way!"
*The tree is looking weird*
"My gamer sense is telling me to upgrade my character..."
Great game, saw the twist from miles away.

The game itself has very nice graphics, especially the enemies. The controls are smooth and responsive.

The story is nice if you like post-apocalyptic, yet there is no "Oh no! How am I to survive"-Feeling. Granted, there are some monsters out there, but that does not contribute to the postapoc-feeling. With "get food/water/sleep" or some such mechanic the game could be improved in difficulty (maybe two game modes). Which leads to the difficulty aspect...

The game is *very* casual - I finished it with 2d 23h 37min. The checkpoint waves could use some sort of boss monster maybe. But the thing is if you power up the research skill the rest of the research is almost done in no time. The sniper rifle and Raygun are a little bit overpowered esp. the raygun compared to the minigun. So the game itself could use a bit more balance.

Wasn't incredibly ambitious, but decent none of the less.

I have grown the plant ind day 2 and it still was evil :/.
pretty nice game but too short and too easy :P
