Reviews for "LOL Runner"

That song at the end, I can't seem to find it anywhere, it would be helpful if linked perhaps?

Anyways, good sprite animation, it was hilarious, Lode Runner is definetly not forgotten to me, as I have both the gameboy version and nes one, this was a great tribute, and it makes me happy to see these nes tributes on Newgrounds. Well done!

Pienkaito responds:

Yeah, it has been awhile since the last tribute to an old game.
Thank you very much for your input.

Here's the song from the credits. (It's on youtube)

hahaha I used to love Lode Runner back on my Commodore64. I also enjoyed the Boulderdash reference, also a classic game. half expected the BD guy to show up in that one, Max or Monty, or whatever his named was. Was the Greed's Accident quote (which you spelled wrong on the last level :3) a reference to Yuki Nagato's Character song of the same name? or am I jsut that much of an otaku?

Pienkaito responds:

I love you for noticing the "Greed's Accident" qoute.
You get a gigantic thumbs-up.

Thanks for the comment!

Well done. You really put 8-bit games into perspective..or something. I would've given it a 5 if there was a real game to this!

Pienkaito responds:

There is.
It's called Lode Runner.

Thanks for the comment.

Fairly funny, nice work.
