It's called First Boss Battle from the game Digimon World 2.
i have been enjoying this series since it came out, and after the period of time when there were no updates i sorta lost faith that it would keep going. But now seeing this im glad it's not ended, the episode itself was pretty good, great story telling keep up the good work
I admire the amount of effort that has been put into this and I must say I am impressed. This a very enjoyable series and I hope you continue to keep up the good work. :)

and then the battle went well, well enough for me to LOSE! I couldn't believe it ultimate Pokemon master me lost a match
not only did I pop a boner over that, I wanted nothing more than to redeem myself and decided I had to watch it a second time after I lost the match with her twin
my chance came sooner than I had expected with ANOTHER MATCH this time for all the marbles in a Gym battle
and seeing how the story was going I decided to see if I could win without his main
I did, felt fricken sweet to have a 4 vs. 5 match knowing she didn't want me to use her anyways
even better he said he "needed" her help
only problem is she still got mad at me afterwords, and I thought BITCH I DIDN'T TELL YOU TO DO SHIT
in ANY CASE you have shown me that perhaps sprite flashes maybe haven't gone the way of the dodo just yet while also making a fan out of me to your series which I will not watch

Well, if you did use Gardevoir in the Amira battle, she would disobey your commands like an over-leveled Pokemon would in the games. And what pokemon player hasn't got pissed when they do that?
Sprite flashes haven't gone the way of the dodo so much as the people who make good, original ones have.
