For all of the backstory this game seems to have, I had expected it to be a much fuller experience. However, it wended up falling flat on almost every level.
The gameplay is uninspired. The graphic look 15 years out of date. The weapons are terrible and the controls are wonky.
This game has no redeeming qualities.
I do not recommend it nor would i play it again.

The gameplay was solid enough to make up for the story, but the menu system needs a bit of work. I was able to get top tier weapons without having to work for them at all, and once I had them, I couldn't actually equip them. But still, it was fun getting to basically play as the end boss in a bullet hell shooter.
Solid game.
I only found the music to be a little too repetitive for my tastes.
Love the portal idea though.
