It's meant to be kinda like those old cartoon PSAs where someone like Duke from GIJOE would be there (for some reason) helping out youngsters with issues that Duke should have no business being involved with - remember those?

My favorite part of this video is just how few fucks Zelda seems to give. Like she's been roped into community service or something. Good video.
