Whether you will be able to get some of the medals is just pure luck. No skill involved.
This is the only game I know which actually gives you a worse "high score" overwriting previous better high scores. I had a score of 3990. Today I finished with a score of 2010 and chose to submit score. Boy what a mistake that was! Now it says my high score is only a mere 2010.
Yaknow usually you don't overwrite high score unless the new score is higher than the previous. The reason I submitted was I thought maybe there were separate high scores for sober vs not, but apparently there's just the one high score. And now my previous better record is gone.
Also for the one medal no one yet has (Hell's Wheels) one way to get it would be put just 1 of any drug, then crash for your third time at exactly 660, which would give your final score of 666. Thing is it's so much luck that a car happens to be exactly nearby right when you're getting close. Best I've done so far is 656 which yes I crashed 10 points too quickly.
There are other ways too but if you use more than 1 you'll have to experiment to see what your exact number would need to be.
