Reviews for "Enigmata TD"

I loved the game to bits and it would've got 4 stars, but it messed up after i left the formation editor and lost all of my saved data! :@ Great game but please fix this bug.

this game is a bit like tower defense and like thoktaz i was sick of twoer defense but THIS is addicting hands down! I LOVE enigmataa!

I thought I was tired of Tower Defense.
Then I met Enigmata TD.

From the get-go, it had me. Pay for increased unit limits? Move units on the field in real time? Individual scaling upgrades, /three/ per unit? Wait, wait, wait.
A storyline?
Like, a real, engaging-enough-to-not-ignore story, in a TD?
Let's not even get into the sheer level of customization available when you can move your turrets after buying them, or pay some of that bulk cash to get some space for more turrets when things get sticky. No, let's move directly to the fact that each projectile has a physics-based 'push' depending on type, or that some weapons can evolve into pseudo-support roles (I'm looking at you, Purple Turret. <3)
Really. top notch. Put some commercial graphics on this and add multiplayer (versus, sans time-freezes? Two smaller and mobile craft? So many easy possibilities.) and I'd pay AAA money for an indie title that can get all the little things so right.

One of the best games to land on this site, and a lesson in thoughtfully intuitive design. Bra/vo/, sir.

Very good game, but there are a few improvements that could be made. The ability to select more than one unit with something like a drag box would be really useful; moving units around one at a time becomes really annoying and sometimes you can't even get them to move until you've clicked on them four or five times. The upgrade system was very well done, but it was a little confusing. I used my upgrade points on increasing my max ship number, only to find out I could do the same thing for only 500 gold. Finally, some greater variations in the enemy types would be interesting - something that forces you to change your tactics depending on what you're facing, instead of just concentrating your ships around the enemies and then waiting until the next wave.

In spite of the little problems this is still an excellent game. Kudos.

I've only completed the first level and I'm loving it so much already. Amazing upgrades and other lil bits. I love the music too. This really does stand out amongst the other Tower Defense games
