Reviews for "ir/rational Redux"

there are few mistakes on the game:
Level 3:
If there is a perfect god then he wouldn't allow the belief that there is a perfect god to be in error, however, there are many people who think that belief is an error, because of that, the belief for some people is an error, therefor, there is no perfect god.

Level 4:
IF I am alive THEN the laws of human biology have NOT been broken OR I am NOT breathing oxygen
I am alive AND the laws of human biology havenâEUTMt been broken
THEREFORE I am breathing oxygen
this one above this line of words also works, as there may be many other things besides oxygen that a cell can use to work properly

Level 8:
You can be a worldwide renown escapist and STILL have a good chance to get caught.
If you get caught and the machine (example) torture you, you will be sad (in case that's your reaction) and you will not be in touch with your emotions, and like the machine once said "emotions + logic = incompatible"

Level 9:
there is a big mistake there, as no one can tell you/you cant know if the machine is lying to you, so in other words, the machine never contradicted itself, or it may use a different perception than yours/standar human perception

Level 10:
i could do it, a little bit unncessesary, but possible, not so easy to understand the basics, though.

Very good! Pure logic! As a computer science major with a philosophy and math background I found this easy and fun!

Anyone who doubts that there was only one correct solution to each and every page means they don't understand pure, theoretical logic. You'll go to college soon enough :)

Very good game.
Got confused but still very interesting.

For those confused on level 10, the arrow pointing in one direction is an IF statement (for example, if you have A -> B, you would read it as IF A, THEN B) and the arrow pointing in both directions is a bi-conditional (for example, if you have A <-> B, you would read it as IF AND ONLY IF A, THEN B). This game really helps if you had a 'Proofs' class in college! BTW, it was also amazing! Very challenging at times even though I did have prior knowledge on the concept. If only my Proofs class had been this much fun...

Logic and it's application is something I've always loved to and apparently been rather good at. So this game was incredibly entertaining for me. Made me laugh a couple of times as well. The only argument I had trouble with was the one where I had to prove I was breathing oxygen. It took me several tries to figure out where my reasoning was invalid. But the rest I didn't have any trouble with though they still made stop and think about my reasoning process.. It was fun and a good exercise to help sharpen my mental faculties and I enjoyed it. Good work!
