the game took around 10 mins to load. lol.

I like games where I won!
Did not yield to enjoy all things, but this game looks pretty cool!
Good idea, not brilliantly implemented.
First impressions:
- I didn't know what to do, there is no proper tutorial apart form the initial pop-up telling you to buy a booth, the rest come as you click around randomly.
Hints:
- Should be in order of first discovered at the beginning, shouldn't have to flick through "undiscovered" hints to get to the others.
Daytime Management:
- Not a great deal to do during the daytime apart from upgrade and promote.
Night time management:
- Getting robbed every night multiple times is a bit excessive.
- Security guards are inept, 4 struggle to manage a tiny mall, only just started to catch people when fully promoted.
Maybe have more isolated incidents and the need for less (but improved) security guards.
Overall gameplay:
- Pretty boring.
- No real planning needs to go into the mall design (See "Theme Hotel" on here for good ideas on this)
- People get angry and it should state why so we know what to improve, "This mall is suck" doesn't tell me much....
- Had a customer stuck, just walking in place for a few days.
- Staff were stopping and giving the face that indicates tiredness when they were barely under halfway in their stamina bar.
- How do you manage popularity? How is this calculated? It dropped like a brick and I have no idea why, is the hall the only way to increase it? Defiantly something to add to the tutorial should one be implemented.
