Reviews for "Zelda the Welder"

An overrated mouse maze that has lag, a tired old look (MORE anime styling?) and doesn't work that well, especially with a touchpad.

VERY FUN AND VERY FRUSTRATING >:D
AH this game is very difficult if you live in a house where all your junk is surrounded your computer*AKA ME
I am also left handed HENCE why i was frustrated WHY CANT I GO COUNTER CLOCK WISE :D
But hey i beat after a WHOLE BUNCH of game overs
THIS IS A GREAT GAME I HOPE TO SEE MORE!!!!!

Very cute game. I'm going to write my review while I play so I can cover everything.

-In the beginning dialogue, sometimes the speech bubble says Zelda is saying something when it is obviously the Angry Customer, and it says that she is talking when it is (less obviously) the Nurse talking.
-The cursor is too large. If I have to move my mouse down and to the right, it covers the line so I can't see it
-During the tutorial part it would be nice if your time was paused while reading the instructions. I ran out of time too fast because most of it was spent reading through everything.
-The lines are really small, as someone else pointed out. Along with the big cursor it makes this game very frustrating.
-If you could label each tool with text instead of just a picture, that would be helpful to those who maybe don't know what something like a welder looks like.
-It would also be nice if you could add a line that shows up as you draw so you know where you are and have been on the welding line

This could just be user error, but whenever I try to weld the middle wires in the watch in the first level it says that I made a mistake and have to start over. Even when I zoomed in really close to see better and I knew for sure that I was still on the line, it said I made a mistake. Someone else mentioned mot being ale to finish the last trigger on a different level so I'm assuming that they are experiencing the same problem. My guess is that refreshing the game will temporarily solve the problem as it doesn't seem to be a bug on this specific level. Just refreshed the page. There doesn't seem to be a "skip" button for the opening dialogue so now I have to go through it all again. The dialogue is quite long so I can imagine people will become annoyed with having to click through it every time they start this game. Refreshing the page did not fix the problem for me so I cannot advance farther into the game.

I had to zoom in my screen really close in places because, again, the lines are small and the cursor too big. Thank goodness you used vectors so when I zoomed in it wasn't pixelated...

I really like the concept of the game, You could have just made it a straight up welding game but I appreciate that you actually gave it a story. The artwork was cute, although I don't understand why it was smooth looking in some places but really rough (almost like it was a lower resolution) in other places (i.e. the characters). This is probably just a stylistic thing.

It's a 3.5 for now, but I'll be checking back to see any updates you make. When you fix some of the issues in your game (weld it if you have to =P ), I'll gladly bump it up to a 5.
Keep up te good work!

Great Idea! Great Graphics and sound. Shame its so tough to keep within the 'working area' even though the mouse icon is.
Would have a higher score otherwise.

Great Game... Actually this is the BEST game in this jam in my opinion I enjoyed it a lot thank you !

Yah Also I like her style of talking it's like she is my type of girl LOLOLLOLOLOLL !!!!
