NikolaTGM: In order to do the Peg Grasper, you want to press the left or right arrow, and then press it again when the hand swings upwards and overlaps the peg. Then do the same with the opposite arrow.

For people having trouble with the rope glider, when you are swinging at the end, you need to jump of on the first swing and to actually get off, you press the down arrow and the right arrow at the same time. Then when you are jumping to the rope, when you get there, press space to hold on to it.
