I have to say that there's not anything too new. As for suggestions, maybe you can add more backgrounds, more sprites, and the option to rotate sprites.
A word of advice: maybe it'd be best to use some type of Sonic track (or remix or something) for a Sonic Scene Creator. :]

not too bad but i dont see how it is so low
Not bad for a first game, but it really needs to be refined- at this point, it's just a bunch of sonic sprites with the same drag-and-drop coding to them. The choice of music is also questionable. But, don't take this too seriously- firsts are rarely good. Keep going, I can't wait to see your future works.
