how do u animate? i have wanted to forever but dont know how, :( thx if u respond speedo :)

Well, I use a program called Macromedia Flash 8 (though I'd probably recommend Adobe Flash CS3 or higher, just because they're a teensy bit more handy) Then I pretty much just watched all of the Flash tutorials by both OneyNG and SpazkidIn3D on Youtube. I must have sat at my computer for like 2 hours straight, but it was extremely worth it. Then I got to work on that master piece called Jewish Vampire On Ice. If I forgot something, I'd always go back to one of the tutorials to remind me blah dee blah. And you wouldn't really think it, but you actually do learn most of the stuff yourself - you just got to go straight into Flash and begin experimenting!
But yeah, basically if you want to learn how to use Flash, you got to watch the tutorials, paticularly Spazkid's, it'll seem like a bit of a bore, but it'll all be worth it when you're finally animating! :) PM me back if there's still stuff you don't know/need help with, I'll try my best to give you a hand!
Oh - and you also need a lot of preparation. You need to find a way to keep yourself motivated (like listening to your favorite music while you animate, or by watching some cartoons that would inspire you), and you need to have a lot of patience. It can take between 1 and 2 weeks (for me, at least) to get a decent 1 minute animation, and your first couple of full animations won't be perfect, so you gotta' be patient with the quality of your work too. Like both Oney and Spazkid said in their tutorials - you're not trying to create Disney. Just mess around for your first few animations and the more you pick up, the better quality your stuff will get. Pheeeewwwwwww. :D
