In general, I feel that the game is well-paced, interesting, cute, and fun. However, I wish there were a way to tell when the day was ending, though it isn't hard to tell because all the customers clear out. My main complaint, actually, is that the types of customers become too many too quickly, and it's also a burden trying to accommodate all of them. Perhaps one should be able to get more floors more quickly.
However, the rest is GREAT! I spent an hour playing this, and it was very fun. Keep up the good work!

The cleaners should clean the spot nearest to them instead of cleaning the spots they notice first.
It's a good way to waste time when you're bored, and there was a somewhat interesting plot line, although I think you could have and should have left out the mental illness angle. Also, I don't think some of the things should have counted in the 'furnishings' category. Does it really take up that much room to put in curtains, a mirror or an ironing board? Potentially would have been nice to have even further possible room upgrades available. Also, not sure what the point of gender dividing the rooms initially was.
