Reviews for "a game of grief"

awsome

make them moonwalk by holding left then quickly tapping right without letting go of left!

I really like the concept and the small details around the house and the town really show a lot about the various people. I was a bit confused at the end with the computer glitching, as it may have been a game or simply a scene change, but I'm sure that will make sense in the final project if it wasn't demo only. I would have liked to have seen some sort of interaction with background characters, even if only a reaction by the character or something, but again, I'm sure that will come along with the game. It did paint a solid picture, and the artwork at the end was good. I'm curious to see if that was 'cutscene cinematics' or the game graphics. (Either way, the first art form still painted a good picture-it greatly reduced the horror of individual tragedies in exchange for a broad scope of a dying city.)

Ultimately, I have to say...interesting! I look forward to the game.

very cool concept

I have to say that I'm not sure where you are going with this. How this game is going to help teenagers deal with grief is not something I would understand so well. I have been through grief myself and what game helped me most through it is a game where you can just go around and destroying stuff. Something to deal with your frustration. And some story that later will open you up for grief. Just after you have gotten your frustration out of your system. Else, I would really be interrested in seeing how this project turns out. From a game designers point of view.
