I'm not sure if you've gotten this before (I didn't bother reading the other reviews.), but even when your mp is gone, you can continue to heal yourself.

its almost been 5 years. you still working on it? i like the graphics alot tho.
Wasn't terrible, but way too unfinished for a higher score, honestly I liked the combat all in all, but a tutorial would make it more proper. The art style was dated, and kinda reminded me of Dragon Ball Z.
