Yeah man, you are right on the money. I really liked Super Meat Boy too and being creative is really hard. Better to just make a "parody/homage", that'll work.
Protip: Referencing the game you're copying does not make your second-rate rip-off any more appealing. The world did not need a slower, more boring Super Meat Boy with terrible artwork and music.

Not too bad, actually. I mean it is an obvious Meat Boy ripoff, but I enjoy playing it.
I made the Hmmmmm sound to this one, It's not really fun nor original. The idea was there, but it could use some "oomph", as I lost interest just a few levels in. I'm sure everyone else felt like this too.
