Phew, that last achievement took a while, but I finally got it! Definitely one of the more time-consuming Papa games, probably because the later levels only gave you seven customers per day instead of the usual eight (was there a reason for that?).
Anyways, excellent job on this one. Like the others have commented, the character creation was definitely my favorite addition. The wing-making process was surprisingly tricky to master at first, but it wasn't long until I was normally scoring 100 percents across the board.
The only major problem I really had was with the frying station. It would have been a nice touch if you had to actually click on the baskets to lift them out of the oil, rather than it happening every time you moved your cursor over them. It kept screwing with the overall rhythm of the game whenever I accidentally lifted a basket out and stalled its cooking time. Otherwise, the gameplay was solid.
On the minor side of things, that Freeze-Putt game drove me nuts. That, and a certain closer who I could never seem to score more than 95% on for the building section (%$#@ing Ninjoy!)

I love hotwings, so its obvious I would play this game. I like the customize your own avatar, and the fact you can create food. What I love doing though is messing up peoples orders :3

I like this one; What I liked the most was the "customize avatar" option.
The minigames is also a nice addition; the parade could be better.
I would like to see some hazards; like clients that didn't pay or that someone broke into your store and stoled some of your furnitures or updates, forcing you to buy them again and some security system.
So what's next Papa's Cocktaileria, Papa's Shawarmaria, Papa's Chinese fooderia?
