Reviews for "Acorn Madness"

This can definitely be an addicting game, but there are a few bugs that need to be worked on first.

1. I ran off screen and wasn't able to come back.
2. Moving too far to the left or right slows the squirrel down. I wasn't completely sure if this was an intentional game mechanic or not.
3. Some acorns seemed to have a wider hit-box then is shown.

Other than those things, this is a pretty good first-time submission. For future projects consider things like: advancing difficulty, points, music, and maybe levels to break up the monotony. Good luck on future endeavors!

i had to make a game for a mate in like 30mins for college
you moved slow because of crappy boundaries i made

its bad,but good because you actually made it instead of copying it from another site

Mouse control, and smaller items on screen.

That is all.

Few questions first, does having jump really serve any purpose. During the short time I played it I found no real use for the jump.
Where did you think it'd be a good idea to use that kind of sound for when the Acorns dropped? That sound hurt my ears to the point that I turned off my speakers.
I do wish you put a bit more time into this game, just so it'd be at least better looking and thought out.
In short:
Give a reason to use jump,
Never use that sound effect again. Ever.
Background music would be nice,
And overall put a bit more time into it with some thought and consideration.

Thanks for sharing though!

sorry i could not add any good sound but thanks for feedback

I really don't mean to sound harsh but the sound was irritating, and the lack of any form of scoring (e.g. points per acorn dropped, or time spent per game, no level incress/difficulty increase over time) ment there was no real reason to play more than once or twice

the GUI could use some extras e.i. notification of being hit by an acorn (e.g. acorrn exploding and/or sound fx)
