This is incorrect with Elder Scrolls lore. Only people with the blood of a dragon, AKA descendants of Talos, have the potential to be the Dragonborn. Obviously humans can not breed with animals, so a Bear baving Dragonborn is quite impossible. Please research the game you are basing your flash off of further before making this waste of time.
