The animation style was a little weird to me and the story wasn't that spectacular. Could've been funnier to be honest. But the idea itself is nice, nevertheless the Turtles do all that stuff that you pictured although they're Ninjas. Eating pizza, sleeping, doing crazy stuff, partying and playing video games is what they do in their free time on a daily basis, isn't it?

There really wasn't much comedy in this at all. Many of the things they did in this animation are things they did in the series anyway. Eating pizza, sleeping in, playing video games... none of this was really new. The style of animation was pretty funny, but served no real purpose for the sake of the source material. Maybe if that style of animation had begun AFTER they smoked it would at least have a reason. Without providing any new or thought-out concepts, it's practically a parody of itself.
I'll admit the ending was pretty funny, but only because it was unexpected. The only joke about them not being ninjas was so forced that it didn't even click as humorous because it was so self-fulfilling and contrived: the part where they can't do anything "because they aren't ninjas." Why would that even pop into their heads?
Technically, they wouldn't even have their names without Splinter, so it didn't even stay true to what you portrayed it as. :P
You have a good concept and I think you could do something with it once you figure out where you actually want to go with it. Until then, this should be titled "Mostly Stuff the Turtles Already Do."
