Nice concept. We don't see many black superheroes. The ones we normally see are higly characterized, while Luna and Sol are real enough. The script isn't exactly Saturday Morning material and the tempo isn't exactly Adult Swim material either. You're in that awkward place between the two.
But congrats on getting me to even compare you to commercially successful animated shows. That's never happened to me on NG.
You could work on the sound. Other than that, I'd say this makes for an excellent spec.
