Not to bad, but not to good either
The graphics and animations were horrible, maybe some more details would make it more interesting.
the sound was "hackie" you could easily hear the end and start of loops.
only good thing was the moment she drives off the cliff, when here whole life's passing by wich gave a clue of what happend and what that mysterious car was.
anyway, some training (perhaps a higher fps) and it will all be good.

I saw that movie, too. The Wraith? It's about this guy who gets killed by this one girl's mean ass boyfriend and he comes back from the dead in a black car and takes out the guy's gang one by one, just like your toon, here. I love that movie and this toon. good on ya mate.
