Loved it, especially the whole "super kryptonian" thing, and Goku's voice. I loved the delay for SS3, i still remember it was like 5 episodes of screaming in the anime before he finished :D
Oh, and Blackraider78, you WOULD have a point with the kryptonite thing, except by default goku would have a shard of it in his ass pockets somewhere, since every single one of superman's opponents always seemed to get some somewhere....

I would give this fight to superman for the SHEER reason that he cannot die without the use of kryptonite.
The animation itself was cool, and the voices really funny. But the end especially seemed rushed.
