I thought the quality was lower than on the Youtube version... Also, the smoke movements are alright. xD But I do think people around here would definitely prefer an actual animation of it.

Dissapointing.
You have explained yourself, so I didn't actually blam this simple movie, but I really was hoping for something interesting and all I got was an unfunny joke. Of course the music is fine, but the art and animation is crude and uninspiring.
He smoked pot...?
This is just childish, not really good, yet nothing is really wrong with it. Just a bad movie overall and not in morals.
