Reviews for "SMB GT TGA Intro"

can't wait for the series! the intro is pretty good.

Hmmmmm, it is interesting

intresting...

inspired in super mario bros z

The animation looks pretty good, and I'd have to say it looks kind of looks like SMBZ and I guess that's what you're going for. Considering the similar style of animation, I'm half expecting the animation to be just as good. The choice of music didn't really seem to fit, but that's a personal thing. Also, I really like the fact you used the Mass Attack sprites. Makes me wonder what you're gonna do about copy abilities, however.

Now, to the main point of my review, which is also a personal point but one that greatly effects my view on this. The whole Tiff fighting and having a romantic relationship with Kirby really put me off. SMBZ, while being a fan creation, still made sense within the realms of each character. Tiff is not a fighter and I'm pretty sure she never had a romantic relationship with Kirby, as it was more of a family/sibling-like relationship and I never thought it could go any further then that. It may be cute or badass to some, but to me, it's neither. It could be your head canon at work here or whatever, but if you needed a romantic interest for Kirby, Ribbon is a perfect candidate (as it's pretty apparent during the true end of Kirby 64) and have Meta Knight as the fourth main character since he can actually, you know, fight and generally has more experience in combat. I dunno if I'm the only person who thinks this, but as a Kirby fan it's pretty awkward to see Tiff beat the crap out of Bowser Jr and kiss Kirby on the lips.

I'm not saying you have to out right change it, but do consider the relationships of the characters (and Tiff's capabilities as a fighter) 'cause I really want to enjoy this to the full extent and that Tiff thing is killing it for me. It's amazing what a little thing like that can do to a viewer's experience.
