glitch the in game menus wont show up

Good game but there is a glitch in the village level where enemies will reach this corner and just stop moving.
LOVE THIS GAME. TOP 1 IN ALL TIME IN SURVIVAL IN NETHER!!!!

Problem: It seems that even if you kill 250 enemies with TNT, the game doesn't give you access to the TNT supplier nor does the medal seem to be checked off.
