The animation was decent but Roshi's voice was inaudible. I simply couldn't understand anything he said. I thought Cell's was actually pretty close and came out very well (maybe two microphones and one wasn't as good?). Either way, it was pretty awesome to get to watch Mr. Satan die at the end.
haha yea i piss myself laughing on how bad and hard it is to hear master roshi, almost adds to the humour. yea it was a shitty mic back then got better ones now

The graphics could have been improved a little and Master Roshi's voice. Also, why was the turtle dead? Both Roshi (using the fountain of youth. See Dragonball) and turtle are immortal. Some father of Hercule not to give his daughter a proper burial and then forget about her death. Why was Hercule alive anyway?
However, Hercule and Cell's voices were pretty accurate and the magazine part was hilarious. The android and Cell sagas are my favorite.

I liked the part where Cell was reading the magazine! But, hated it when you had him to destroy the earth. That part always get so old!
