Almost brilliant in every way.
Writing is genuinely funny, for the most part. Art style is intentionally bad, but because of this is often under-informative to the player.
The real marks are lost on navigation, though. Moving from scene to scene by clicking the bleeding edge of the screen is made even more a chore by the slow pace of the character. That might be fun for one scene, (stealth monologue?) but it meant that the game was artificially extended to the point that I stopped caring that it would be funny when I got to wherever I was going.
It's a cute game, but it would have been better either
a) far shorter, more compact, or
b) significantly more fun to play/navigate.
